Visorb (Polyglycolic Acid) holds through critical wound healing period and is braided for excellent handling and suppleness. Visorb is violet for good visibility in surgery and has superior strength with good knotting quality.

It is absorbed by hydrolysis in 60-90 days with virtually no tissue reaction.

The shelf life of the product prior to opening the sealed pouch is at least two years. Once open practices should date their product and use within 120 days.
